Happy Fall! Fall brings changes of color and temperature to us in New England, in addition to ushering in the beginning of a new school year. I recommend a change of heart. Let us forgive our financial mistakes, as well as the financial blunders of others. No good comes from fretting over the change of seasons, nor the changes brought about by making poor financial decisions. The winds will change and blessings will be poured out upon you in exactly the same measure you expect. I love this quote by Harvey B Mackay: "Being rich isn't about money. Being rich is a state of mind. Some of us, no matter how much money we have, will never be free enough to take time to stop and eat the heart of a watermelon. And some of us will be rich without ever being more than a paycheck ahead of the game." So be rich ... in mind and heart. Smell the roses! Hug someone! Give to a cause greater than yourself! BE RICH! Expect miracles to come as you release the grievances and gripes - forgive yourself or another. Be rich in mind, body and spirit! Find a new love, a new job, a new home or a new source of hope. Manifest abundance!
