Dear Friends -

What would you do if you suddenly came into a lot of money; perhaps through the lottery or an inheritance?  Would you be prepared to properly handle the responsibility of that new blessing, or would you consider it a curse?  I'm sure you've heard stories of those who have received a large sum of money, only to end up broke.  Joseph Campbell said,
"Money is congealed energy, and releasing it releases life's possibilities."
I would encourage you to dream and release your life's possibilities.

So let us be prepared with what we would do if the opportunity of a large sum of money does come our way and money isn't an obstacle.  Norman Vincent Peale said,
"Empty pockets never held anyone back.  Only empty heads and empty hearts can do that."
My suggestion is to get ready now for the abundance to flow and learn the skills of money management by reading books by experts in the field.  Discern your goals; fill your heart with passion for what you love to do and the law of attraction will bring the resources, money, time and expertise that you need.

I would be happy to assist you with your money management skills or help you to clarify your goals.
Blessings of Abundance,
 Debbie

#1 - Budgeting Tip #101 - Balanced Budget

There are only two ways to balance your budget.  You can increase your income or decrease your expenses.  Sounds easy doesn't it?  It's not!  You could increase your income by getting a second or third job.  You could ask for a raise.  You could start a part-time business and become self employed.   You could take in a room mate.  What are some of your ideas to increase your personal income?

You could decrease your expenses by reviewing your current spending habits and making different choices.  You could possibly find savings by changing companies for various services.  You could share expenses like a cell phone or car.  Lastly, you could come to the conclusion that you need to completely change where you live or change cars to reduce your expenses to the proper levels.  What are some of your ideas to decrease your personal expenses?

#2 - Give to a cause larger than you.

I would encourage everyone to give to a charity.  The act of giving can be helpful to bring about feelings of abundance.  Also - don't think that money is the only thing you can give.  Give out of your abundance.  If you have a lot of time - give it.  If you have a specific talent that a charity needs - volunteer it.  Time and talent donations are greatly overlooked.  If you are feeling down and feeling sorry for yourself the best way to pick yourself up is to help another.  If you already give - challenge yourself to give 1% more.  Keep growing this area and you will feel the abundance flow.  Remember the saying, "Your Cup Runneth Over."
