"I started as a 19th Century French literary scholar. I have published a book on 19th century writer Chateaubriand. More recently, I published a book on contemporary French literature, culture and philosophy. I have published over 30 articles, four edited volumes in France and in the United States. Ihave a current interest in Jews and the Holocaust in France, from the sixties to the present.
