The Birmingham News is looking for Birmingham's Best!  And of course, at COLLAGE, we think we ARE the Best, but what do YOU think?  If you would like to sumbit your nominations to the Birmingham News - Birmingham's BEST 2008, then click this link and fill out the ballot NO LATER than Monday, September 29.  They'll pick the top 5 in each category and then starting October 3rd, you can vote for who YOU think is the BEST!
