Dear Yogi
At alleyCat Yoga we welcome you just as you
are.
March is often the month with the highest attendance
at the studio. We all sense that winter is almost over
and we are eager to come out of hibernation
and
move our bodies. We know life is very full and often
the hardest part of practicing yoga is just getting to the
studio. NOW is the time to show up. Seize the day! Life
is too short to wait for tomorrow.
It is time to do something just for you - something that
feels good every time, is easy to do and makes a
noticeable difference in how your
week unfolds. Yoga has been known to cause health
and happiness.
At alleyCat the doors are open. Take a look at the
behind-the-scenes action of our recently renovated
entrance off the Tiger Hotel's alley door.
Hope to see ya soon!.
Namaste/Jai bhagwan,
Ken

Join Ken for his 7th annual Celebrate the Senses trip to the heart of
Tuscany.
Ebbio is a

producing organic olive oil, wine and vegetables
which are the basis of the three delicious vegetarian
meals served daily.
You will return home feeling truly refreshed and re-
charged.

the low value of the euro and dropping gas prices
