Greetings to our 7,806 subscribers, Though low season is upon us, Sayulita still has a bustling feel to the town with visitors, groups and wedding parties here this past week to enjoy the sun, sand and surf during this time of year. The weather has been perfect, not too hot during the day and comfortably warm at night. May is one of my favourite times of year. 
Sayulita's cultural center, Casa de la Cultura had their official grand opening last week. Officials from the Municipality were in Sayulita for the event and Hector Pina, Sayulita's town delegate arrived to shake hands with members of the community who attended the inauguration. The Casa de la Cultura will be offering a range of different classes, workshops and community programs for adults and youth of Sayulita. Read the article below for more information. Aunque la temporada baja esta aqui, Sayulita todav�a tiene una sensaci�n animada con los visitantes y los grupos de bodas aqu� la semana pasada para disfrutar del sol, arena y surf en esta �poca del a�o. El clima ha sido perfecto, no hace tanto calor durante el d�a y las noches estan agradables. Mayo es uno de mis �pocas favoritas del a�o.
El Centro cultural de Sayulita, la Casa de la Cultura, tuvo su gran apertura oficial la semana pasada. Los oficiales del municipio estaban en Sayulita para el evento y H�ctor Pi�a, delegado de Sayulita lleg� a presentarse con los miembros de la comunidad que asistieron la inauguraci�n. "We recycle and try to recycle here in Sayulita but we're surprised how difficult it is to recycle here now compared to last year. There is a lack of bins this year. There is a lot of garbage on the beach that could be recycled."

OliveUs foundation, based in Penticton, British Colombia, Canada, hosts an educational program for students around the world called the InStill Life project. Founders Nikos Theodasakis and his wife Linda began this program four years ago which focuses on teaching children about real world issues by learning about the food we eat. Students use all school subjects to explore the relationship between themselves and others around the planet. More

Paysi has been featured before, but the right family still hasn't come along. He is currently living at Sayulitanimals and desperately wants to play and be walked. If you could give an hour a week to walk him, he would be eternally grateful. Paysi is one amazing old dog. He is a natural guard dog, and he's not afraid to bite. His dream is to be the protector of a single female. He doesn't like kids or other animals but is truly full of love for all the ladies in his life. If you have experience with territorial dogs and are ready to be loved unconditionally, Paysi is the man for you. Even if only for the afternoon!
