Mandatory NLRA Poster
Greetings!
The National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) has released a new mandatory poster. The notice informs employees of their rights under the NLRA and provides examples of illegal conduct by employers and unions. Though the National Labor Relations Board typically governs union activity, the poster contains information which applies to all employees regardless of their union affiliation, such as protected concerted activity, and is required of all employers.
The NLRA poster must be permanently displayed in a common area no later than November 14, 2011 and is available free of charge at the Department of Labor's Website, by following the links below:
