Usually when we introduce a new model of eyewear from Pyramex, we're talking about something unique and original; the only one of its kind. But this time there are no specific features to explain, and no incredible versatility to boast about. Yep... Pyramex went old school this time. Well, sort of.
The standard Intruder is offered in six lens colors. For the smaller faces Pyramex also included three Mini versions, available in Clear, Gray, and Indoor/Outdoor lenses. They also offer this bonus twist: a very colorful assortment that's available in boxes of 12 only. All the lenses are clear in this pack, but the temple colors vary dramatically, a potentially convenient distinguishing feature for places where glasses are lost or interchanged frequently. There are two pairs of each temple color in this combo pack, all of which are shown here.
So, other than the colors, what's the significance of this style? How about the price?
A standard pair of clear lenses is 99 cents or less!The Intruder exceeds ANSI Z87.1-2003 High Impact standards and is CAN/CSA Z94.3-07 compliant.
