Shopping Cart Problems

Dear friends and brothers and sisters in Christ.

I would like to make you aware of a technical problem that we have been experiencing with our new shopping cart.

Emma and I are overwhelmed with the amount of people joining our shopping cart every day from all over the world in order to make their purchases.

However since 26/05/2012, when our new shopping cart was set up we have noticed that a number of people have been struggling to complete their orders.

We have therefore been carefully monitoring our new shopping cart to see what and why this is happening.

We have noticed the shopping cart, which works automatically by the weight of the goods you order, sometimes can charge too much or not enough for the shipping cost.

If you are one of those who have experienced this problem and have been recently inconvenienced then we do apologise for this. I would like you to email me and let me know your order and my dear wife Emma will have your order weighed at the Post Office with a more accurate shipping cost and we will then email you as we have been doing with other customers recently. This, we believe, will solve your purchasing problems and ensure that you receive your order with the minimum of difficulty and delay.

Please note we have no desire to make any profit from our films. We do not fundraise or request donations but support our own ministry from our own pockets. We are honoured and grateful to you for your interest in our work. We desire to help you be strengthened, enrich your Christian walk and if you are not already a Christian then lead you into the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

We thank God and believe he has made it possible for us to bless you with our FREE books and DVD's and we pray we will continue to do so until Jesus returns.
