Event Advisory Committee - Call for Members
The City of Calgary is requesting volunteers with an interest in the areas of arts and culture, sport, events, tourism, and community animation to serve on the committee. The Committee guides City Administration and provides support to facilitate the success of the Festival and Event Policy, within the community. The closing date for applications is February 17. More.

Winning Edge Seminar - Injury Prevention
The Alberta Sport Development Centre - Calgary Region is hosting a Winning Edge Seminar on Injury Prevention. The seminar will unveil some of the truths behind the myths of injury prevention and treatment. It is open to all athletes, coaches, parents, officials and sport administrators.
