Did you know...
We've been hearing a lot of interesting accents lately!. Following the temporary closure of the Kentwood Welcome Center, our office has seen an increase in the number of International tourists requesting information.
Leading destinations include: Canada, England, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Quebec, and Switzerland
While the Kentwood Center is closed, we have two "family members" staying with us. Stop by to meet Brenda and Robbie!

Since the fall festival season has begun, we would like to recap the exciting year we've had so far. The Tangi Tourism team has helped with all sorts of sports events, meetings and conventions, movies, group tours, and special projects. You guessed it! The town of Amite recently entertained the likes of Matthew McConaughey, Zac Efron, Nicole Kidman, and John Cusack during the filming of "The Paperboy". |
