Over the 2011-2012 academic year, The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) has been listening to the UST communities needs and concerns. As such, the OIE staff developed an integrated one-year planning process focused on four themes containing 13 achievable and measurable goals to be accomplished during the 2012-13 academic year. These goals include: the development of a virtual one stop location for all academic policies, the creation of a curriculum library, the continued use and expansion of the OIE's SharePoint site, the formation of a training portal that encompasses all processes that OIE staff assists the UST community in learning and using and finally, developing a comprehensive faculty advising information system.
