The Registrar's Office is on the Move 

The Registrar's Office will be closed Tuesday, July 24, and Wednesday, July 25, so that staff and technology can be transitioned to the office's new location in Room 126, Murray-Herrick Campus Center (formerly the west side of The Grill).

 

Adjusted hours for the week of July 23 are:

July 23 - Office open regular hours in Room 106, Aquinas Hall 

July 24 & 25 - Office closed for relocation 

July 26 - Office reopens in Room 126, Murray-Herrick Campus Center 

July 27  - Office open regular hours in Room 126, Murray-Herrick Campus Center 

All phone extensions will remain unchanged; however, the new mailing address will be:

Banner Section Clean-Up Lab Offered Prior to the Roll
If you maintain sections in Banner that roll to future terms, then consider yourself invited to a section clean-up luncheon.  We have scheduled lab time in O'Shaughnessy Frey Library room 208 on September 25th from 11:30am-1:30pm.  Please save the date. Lori Seavers will send an official meeting request in the near future.   
 
The section roll will occur on Wednesday, October 31st. Before the roll, all section information for the terms 201240, 201310, 201320, 201330 needs to be checked for accuracy, which includes:
  • Co-reqs
  • Attributes
  • Restrictions (class, college, major, level, campus)
  • Prerequisites and test scores
  • CAPP area prerequisites
We are offering this computer lab and lunch time to give you an opportunity to review all of your sections through 201330 for accuracy prior to the roll.  Doing this will ensure that future sections have the proper coding.
