Summer Part of Term

Please remember that we do not use part of term 1 during summer sessions.  The following are the default parts of term based on the UG Calendar.  If you are part of a graduate program and need to request a unique part of term, please fill out the online part of term request form.  The Section Data Integrity Reports on SharePoint now identify summer sections with part of term 1 to assist departments with section clean-up.

5 = Summer Session I

6 = Summer Session II

7 = Extended Summer Session

8 = Double Summer Session

Final Grades and Murphy Online Tips

Final grades for Spring Semester 2012 are due on May 31st and must be entered in Murphy Online.  Click here to view documentation regarding Murphy Online.  Grading instructions begin on page 8.  Also, please remember that there are a couple of steps associated with entering incomplete grades.  The documentation explains this process in detail as well.
Helpful Reports Available on SharePoint

There are many reports that are available in SharePoint that you may find handy at this time of year.  Would you like a list of all students who have graduated from your department?  Would you like an overview of graduated students in a trend comparison to last year?  Are you a Department Chair who would like to view a report that displays grades given by instructor and by class?  Then look no further.  These reports and much more are available in SharePoint.  Please click here to view full documentation on these reports.

Independent Study Compensation Report

Are you responsible for ensuring that faculty are paid properly for independent studies?  If so, you will want to view a NEW report on our SharePoint site.  Simply
