Grade Report by Instructor by Term |
A report is available in SharePoint that displays grades given by instructors by term and section. See the instructions below. You may also click here to view documentation with screen shots. Please scroll to page three of the document. - Go to SharePoint
- Go to www.stthomas.edu/ie
- Click on the SharePoint link under "Resources" on the right side of the page
- Under the Academic_Department_Reporting heading, click on the "Annual" link
- Click on the Departmental link
- Click on the name of the department
- Click on the Grades link
- Click on the Grade_Detail_by_Term (and not the academic year links - see next page for screen shot)
- Click on the term of interest. You will see an Excel spreadsheet with the courses, instructors, and a breakdown of the grades

 Did you know that there are a plethora of reports available to you at your fingertips? In fact, those statistics, trends and counts that you need are probably already housed within the Institutional Effectiveness SharePoint site (accessible from the website links below).
- Data Factbooks
- Retention
- Tommie Almanac
- Census
- And others
Review the Institutional Research and Analysis website to view the folowing types of resources:
- Faculty evaluaton information
- A variety of Institutional surveys
- Institutional presentations made by members of Institutional Effectiveness
