Faculty Load Due on February 10th As mentioned in previous newsletters, the Faculty Load entry is due for 201210 and 201220 on Friday, February 10th. Annual reports and Final Faculty Load reports will be run the week of February 13th. It's imperative that faculty load information is entered by this deadline because Senior Leadership use these reports to make hiring and other departmental decisions. Section and Pre-req Data Integrity Reports Available on SharePoint
Section and pre-req data integrity reports are now available anytime in the Institutional Effectiveness (IE) SharePoint site. You will notice that they also received a make-over. Please note that these reports will no longer be sent via email, but will be run and posted on SharePoint every Monday. See below for information on accessing SharePoint and instructions on how to receive an updated report if you need one prior to the weekly run on Mondays. Click here to review complete documentation.

- Click here to go to the Institutional Effectiveness (IE) SharePoint site
- Under Academic_Department_Reporting, click on the Weekly Reports link
- Click on the Data Integrity link
- Select the Section or Pre-req data integrity report
Note: If this is your first visit to the Institutional Effectiveness SharePoint site, you will need to authenticate. Make sure to enter your entire UST email address (including @stthomas.edu) and your network password. This validation is good for UST network computers. Off-campus, you will be asked to validate each time you attempt to access the SharePoint site.
The section and pre-req reports are not currently available to run on your own in Cognos. If you need an updated report prior to the next run on the following Monday, please click here to place your request.
