IDEA Evaluation Information
It is that time of year to think about end of term Student Evaluation of Teaching processes, better known as IDEA evaluations. Materials have been sent to department administrative assistants and systems are in place for faculty to complete their orange Faculty Information Form (FIF) online or manually with paper and pencil.
Faculty Information Form (FIF)
Manual materials are available from department admin's.
* Faculty completing the FIF manually (paper and pencil) please remember that the Course Number boxes on the form are the 5 digit course CRN (leave the first column blank or zero).
The location of the online FIF is now posted on the Institutional Research and Analysis website.
* Faculty completing the online FIF, should
click here to go to the Faculty Evaluation webpage to access the form at the Online Faculty Information Form (FIF).
* Instructors: enter your UST ID (100......) and the course CRN to access the FIF form.
Important Dates
December 14 - final day to complete the faculty FIF and to administer IDEA evaluations to students (in order for evaluations to be included in end of term processing
December 20 - evaluations shipped to the IDEA Center in Kansas for processing
January 6, 2012 - tentative date to return fall term evaluations to department chairs
