A Quick Note About This Newsletter

You will receive newsletters on a regular basis highlighting different types of reports and resources.  Please feel free to forward this newsletter to your constituents and invite them to join the mailing list. 
Preliminary Enrollment and Efficiency Reports

 

There are three new reports available today on the Institutional Effectiveness SharePoint site.  These reports will be updated once per week on Mondays. 

 

Preliminary Enrollment Reports for J-Term and Spring Term 2012
This report identifies the trends associated with credits, headcounts and FTE for spring terms 2008-2012.

 

Faculty Efficiency Report
This report identifies classes with no enrollments, and lecture schedule type classes with enrollments below 10 along with the contract type of the person teaching the course.


Classroom Efficiency Report
This report identifies classes with no enrollments and lecture schedule type classes with enrollments below 10.

  • Click here to go to the Institutional Effectiveness (IE) SharePoint site
  • Under the Documents menu in the left navigation column, select Academic Department Reporting link
  • Click on the Weekly Reports link (in the top middle section)
  • Click on the Registration link

Note: If this is your first visit to the Institutional Effectiveness SharePoint site, you will need to authenticate. Make sure to enter your entire UST email address (including @stthomas.edu) and your network password. This validation is good for UST network computers. Off-campus, you will be asked to validate each time you attempt to access the SharePoint site. 

 

While you're visiting the SharePoint site, please feel free to review other reports that may be of interest to you and your department.   

Resources to Locate and Request Data
Did you know that there are a plethora of reports available to you at your fingertips?  In fact, those statistics, trends and counts that you need are probably already housed within the Institutional Effectiveness SharePoint site (accessible from the website links below). 
 
Explore the Academic Reporting Center website to view the following types of reports:
  • Data Factbooks
  • Retention
  • Tommie Almanac
  • Census
  • And others

Review the Institutional Research and Analysis website to view the folowing types of resources:

  • Faculty evaluaton information
  • A variety of Institutional surveys
  • Institutional presentations made by members of Institutional Effectiveness
 If you have a unique request, and cannot find the information that you need on our SharePoint site, please click here to fill out an online form.
