Banner Section Clean-up Lab Offered Prior to Course Roll

If you maintain course sections in Banner that roll to future terms, then consider yourself invited to a section clean-up luncheon.  We have scheduled lab time in O'Shaughnessy Frey Library room 208 on Tuesday, October 18 from 11am-1:00pm.  Watch for an invitation to arrive soon.

The course roll will occur on Friday, October 28th. Before the courses roll, all section information for the terms 201140, 201210, 201220, 201230 needs to be checked for accuracy, which includes:

  • Co-reqs
  • Attributes
  • Restrictions (class, college, major, level, campus)
  • Prerequisites and test scores
  • CAPP area prerequisites
  • Program descriptions

We are offering this computer lab and lunch time to give you an opportunity to review all of your course sections through 201230 for accuracy prior to the roll.  Doing this will ensure that future courses have the proper coding.

If you have questions or would like more information please contact Lori Seavers at: seav2783@stthomas.edu

Undergraduate Catalog

This is an Undergraduate Catalog revision year. Edits for the 2012-14 catalog will be sent out this month.  Watch for information to arrive shortly from Lori Seavers.
