News from the A.I.C.

Greetings!

Welcome to this first issue of many from the Academic Information Center (AIC). This team, housed under Institutional Effectiveness within Academic Affairs will be communicating with various groups at UST throughout the year sharing deadlines, policies and procedures, information on technology, training opportunities and reporting. Here are some things that you should know about these communications:

  1. They are meant to be shared. Please forward them on to other faculty and staff members. Or, better, yet, have your colleagues subscribe to receive our communications.
  2.  We have a new web site www.stthomas.edu/aic which has an archive for our newsletters. As this is the first newsletter, there isn't much to search now. But, in the future, you can go to this AIC website to view and search the archives.
  3. Pay attention to important information in the left column, those are unique from the announcements below.
  4. We are open to suggestions on the types of information that you would like to receive. If your suggestions are not housed within Institutional Effectiveness, then we would be happy to pass them along to the proper department.

Your AIC team consists of: Kristine Baker, Linda Dorn, Michael Glirbas and Terri Topness
