Saturday September 3rd:
Diamond W Wranglers headline concert
for Caldwell's 140th birthday and the
Kansas Sesquicentennial celebration
The Diamond W Wranglers will be helping to kick off the 2011 Kansas Cattle Drive in Caldwell this weekend. This is a special one because the community is also celebrating their 140th birthday, as well as the Kansas Sesquicentennial.
There will be a day full of activities: a quilt show, history lectures, gun fights, the longest can-can line, car show, cow camp... and the the Wranglers cap it off with their concert at the Caldwell High School Gym, beginning at 7 pm. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children 6-12.
