Welcome to the second edition of Conexión de Comunidad. Summer Activities
South Park staff and youth decorated a vehicle and walked in the annual Fiestas Patrias parade on 9/17.
Youth Program at South park
Staff members took the youth on many field trips including Gas Works Park, Seattle Center, the Sculpture Park and other local destinations.
Lalo's* mother enrolled him in Consejo's Mental Health program with the hope that therapy would help her son overcome his anxiety, excessive worrying and behavioral problems at school.
On a sunny, hot September 9th, Consejo staff members walked from the Main Office to and around Seward Park and then enjoyed a picnic. Staff raised over $3,700 to benefit Consejo's transformative programs. It's not too late to give, we are extending this effort until October 6th. Please make your gift online today or mail your check to Consejo CRS, 3808 S Angeline St, Seattle, WA 98118.
