Dear (Contact First Name)

We are celebrating fathers this month at the Chiropractic Center. We realize the importance and value of being a father.A father is a person who serves without expecting anything in return.Fatherhood at times is overly demanding and stressful. More than ever fathers need to perform on multi levels at home in and in our careers. We are pulled in many different directions and expected to do so with ease. Our accomplishments occasionally go unnoticed. This month is a time to reflect on fatherhood. We must realize that being a father has a huge impact and we are role models for the next generation.Children watch how fathers speak, act, react, eat, take care of themselves and contribute to society on a daily basis.I urge you fathers out there to soak in energy this month.Play, rest and exercise more.Give back to yourselves and really enjoy this June.I would like to recommend a book that will assist fathers with an approach to living with greater courage, balance and joy. It is entitled,The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari,by Robin S. Sharma. Enjoy and Happy Fathers Days!

                                                          Yours in Health,

                                                                Dr. D

"A truly rich man is one whose children run into his arms when his hands are empty."

When it come to stress, men, a lot of time, try to deal with it behind closed doors and don't depend on anyone for help. They might view it as a weakness, but bottled up stress is more of a weakness and a health concern. Women tend to live longer than men because they have formed tight networks and talk about their problems more often than men. So to stay less stressed...depend on the people that love you! You'll feel better once what is bothering you is off your chest and you'll be a healthier happier Dad,son or brother!

Happy Father's Day!!
