It is amazing that February has arrived so quickly! As the New Year Resolutions start to fade away we must recommit to ourselves. Take a strong hold and make sure this year is different.If your resolution was to exercisemore often,lose weight,read more, think better thoughts or to eat healthier, don't let your goals for the year slip away! When we need motivation it is good to have a mentor,friend or someone who has made a difference in their life.We look at Barbara, who is a member of our team and some one who committed to lose weight this year;she is down 100 pounds since last summer!What is wonderful about this is that she stayed focused and accomplished her goal. Barbara has more energy,confidence and is just happier. So at this time,if you were thinking of not helping yourself reach a new level this year I urge you to stay the course!
I would also like to mention someone who had an impact on me as a child, and will be missed by many,Dr. Jack Lalanne. Yes, he was a doctor! Dr. Lalanne was a chiropractor and obviously a fitness guru. As we mourn his passing,what we remember is his passionate positive personality that helped thousands of people become more than they thought they could be.He was truly an inspiration and demonstrated to us that where there is a will to improve, anything is possible.
So let's stop making excuses and go to the next level!This month at the Chiropractic Center we celebrate family,friends and loved ones.This is our "Have a Heart Month" and we urge you to take advantage of this excellent opportunity to help others get healthier and stay well. All who you refer will receive a complimentary evaluation,xrays and a report of finding.
