Greetings!

The start of a new year always signals new beginnings. In love, in life, for family, and, of course, your health. Many of you have experienced the phenomena that the local gym or corporate fitness area is packed with people who have made a resolution to get fit and healthy.

At GPS, we know new beginnings can occur any time of the year, but, if you (or a friend or loved one) are looking to renew your dedication to get in shape, lose some pounds, get healthier and off those medications, let us help.

We are devoted to our clients, promise personal attention everytime you are at the studio (something you can't get at a high-volume gym) and you can be assured that all our trainers and instructors are certified by sanctioned sports and fitness organizations.

If you're new to the studio, stop in for a free consultation. We're always running some kind of special or incentive program, so ask about those, too! And here's to a fantastic 2011!
