Looking for a fun and effective way to feel and look great?
Get ready to cleanse & feel ALIVE!
We've 3 great options for you:
1 - GO RAW for a week!
merge will prepare 7 entrees for you to pick up each day. You'll learn how to make your own smoothie or juice for breakfast and enjoy salad for lunch. Then you can relax and enjoy a raw dinner made just for you!
This includes a whole packet of do-it yourself cleansing information, and recipes for eating raw/vegan for the week.
The meals will be available for pick up from merge Sunday April 15th - Saturday April 21st.
Entrees will include a salad, side, and main dish -- check out some of the yummy dishes from our last cleanse:

2 - Join merge as we team up with Buffalo Yoga for a week of early morning yoga classes, fresh juice, and group cleansing!
When? Sunday April 15th - Saturday April 21st. As a group, we will meet each morning, bright and early 6:00am - 7:30am Where? Buffalo Yoga Studio in the TriMain building (2495 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14214. Suite 418. 716-835-0703) What? Each morning will consist of an hour-long yoga class, group support, vital cleansing tips, and information about the seven chakras (energy centers in your body.) Your investment also includes a fresh-made juice each day that you will enjoy after class.
3 - DO BOTH! Many of the cleanse participants are choosing to get the week of raw dinners & join us for early morning yoga because you'll get the benefits of group energy, support, and you'll be prepared to eat healthy with easy yummy raw dinners. The raw foods package was originally designed by Eliza to complement this cleanse. The yoga is amazing on it's own, but having someone make dinner for you ahead of time gives you the ease to relax and enjoy the reflective cleansing time. We recommend doing both for maximum efficiency and results, but you can of course do just one or the other if that works best for you!
