Welcome to the July issue of Wake Up! You’re Snoring… We hope you’re having a fun summer, but also getting enough sleep! Every month, there is more research showing sleep deprivation causes negative health side effects. In this issue, we share a new study that links lack of sleep to an immune system stress response. We also answer some "frequently asked questions" about sleep apnea. If you suspect you have sleep apnea or another sleep-related disorder, please call us and schedule an appointment.

We hope you find this issue interesting and informative — please forward this newsletter to anyone who may benefit from the information.
