This one day trip of "On Holiday with God" will be to the beautiful Chicago Botanical Gardens in Glencoe, IL. We'll start our retreat/trip on the bus ride to the Gardens. We'll include prayer/ reflection as we make our way to this amazing oasis in the suburbs of Chicago. We'll take a narrated tram tour of the magnificent gardens. There will be time for lunch on your own at Garden Cafe. After lunch you'll have time to explore the many gardens on your own. We'll gather for reflection time before returning home. This day promises to lift our spirits and bring us closer to all of God's abundant creation. Suzette Horyza will be our tour/ retreat director for the day.
