FEATURED CHEESE
Blue Ledge Farm
CAMEMBRIE
Camembrie is Blue Ledge Farm's only cow's milk cheese. It is a
cross between Camembert and Brie, made with pure Ayrshire milk from the cows
next door. We like its sweet, creamy taste and we are so excited about it
because it is the first batch of their 2010 season, exposing all the fresh,
first flavors of the spring.
Enjoy the Blue Ledge Camembrie with an Iggy's baguette and some jam for a delightful local spring sandwich! This cheese
also has a delicious rind and it's available in 2 sizes! So grab a little one
for yourself and then get a whole wheel for your party.

About the Company:Equal Exchange is a worker owned co-op with headquarters and coffee roasting facilities

City Feed has served Equal Exchange Fair Trade
organic coffee to Jamaica Plain since we got started on Boylston Street back in
2000! AND WE ARE PROUD OF IT. We also have a wide variety of their Fair Trade
products, like tea, chocolate, cranberries and nuts. The Equal Exchange founders had a vision of "Fairness to Farmers," and
worked to pioneer Fair Trade practices in the U.S. They were the first to commit to paying fair
prices to farmers who are organized in democratically run cooperatives, which
support ecologically sustainable farming practices. The work Equal Exchange has done
for the past 2+ decades have transformed the coffee, tea and chocolate industries
and now they are turning their efforts on BANANAS. Now you have a choice when shopping for bananas. Look for a Fair Trade
