is a medium roast from Puyango, Ecuador. Lacking the local
infrastructure to support specialty coffee, the ambitious farmers of
FAPECAFES co-op sought out the advice of coffee farmers in neighboring
Peru. This exclusive coffee is named La Esperanza to reflect the hope that these farmers had in bringing their coffee to the international market.
