RCG Venture's Tifton development is anchored by Publix (45,600 SF) and will have approximately 7,000 SF of shops and one outparcel.  Located adjacent to the Tifton Mall, at the intersection of 8^th Street and Virginia Avenue, the development will provide Tifton residents their first Publix supermarket experience.   The Tifton Mall, also managed and leased by RCG Ventures, is anchored by Belk, JC Penney, Beall's Outlet and Carmike Cinemas.  Anchor space ranging from 12,000-45,000 SF is available for lease between the mall and the Publix development.  Opening is slated for Summer/Fall 2012.
