RCG Acquires 3 Retail Properties in the Southeast!
 
RCG is pleased to announce the purchase of three shopping centers in Alabama, South Carolina and Tennessee.  The acquisitions have added the following properties to RCG's growing portfolio:

Hampton Plaza, located in Clarksville, TN is a 213,164 SF shopping center anchored by Kohl's, HH Gregg, Books-A-Million, Hancock Fabrics and Party 1 Superstore.

Laurens Plaza, located in Laurens, SC is a 103,000 SF former Wal-Mart.  Area retailers include Peebles, Belk, Ingles, Walgreens and Wal-Mart Supercenter, which is across the street from Laurens Plaza.
Talladega Corners

Talladega Corners, located in Talladega, AL is a 43,834 SF former Kroger.  Other tenants in the center include Dollar General, O'Reilly Auto Parts and Aaron's.
