Secure Email Reminder

As a reminder, we utilize an email security feature on all outgoing emails containg Personal Identifiable Information (PII). This includes, but is not limited to, social security numbers, LPL account numbers, drivers license numbers, and dates of birth. Our security software is run by ERADO, who has been a leader in providing SaaS based message archiving, compliance, and security products and services since 1994. 

If our email to you has been encrypted, the Subject Line of our message will say: "Secure Message from <our name> to <your name>" and will have our logo in the header of the message. You will be asked to click on a link to retrieve your message. You will enter your email address and the specific "passphrase" listed at the bottom of the email. The passphrase will typically be 5 digits in length and can be a combination of letters and numbers. You do NOT have to register, create an account, or input a personal password. Once you have successfully entered your email address and the passphrase, the contents of our email to you will be displayed.
