Lightweight, Instant Meal Packets
Nutritious packets from around the world, perfect for backpacking

We've come across many lightweight meal packets offering a variety of different flavors. Some are from Russia others Japan and China - all weigh under 1.5 oz and rehydrate instantly! While most are not large enough to make a full meal, they make a great snack or appetizer - and the perfect lightweight emergency meal option.  We've added two new flavors this month:

This mild yellow curry is delicious as a simple soup or served over rice for a hearty entrée. Packed with vegetables and whole grains, this instant curry is great as is for vegetarians or with a little added chicken.

Our Southwest Black Bean & Corn salad is a tasty blend of protein packed black beans and sweet corn - all topped off with crunchy tortilla bits!
