They offer Individual and Business plans that work with wireless and residential phones as well as PBX and VIOP business phone systems. They also offer a Silent Delivery option that will slip a voice message silently into someone's voicemail without ringing the phone.
A free service is YouMail.com. YouMail will look up phone numbers and include the location of the calling number in your email or text. They also have two other cool features. The first is Personalized Greetings in which you can create a specialized greeting for a contact or group. And the second is Unwanted Caller Blocking which will play a specific message for that caller and then hang up without letting them leave a message.
