There are many herbs that have been used as hair rinses. If you rinse your hair with specific herbal teas for 2-3 times a week, within a year you would have your natural hair color back.

Depending on the tea, this helps for restoring hair that has lightened due to coloring/bleaching, turned gray and to bring out natural highlights.  Also restores damaged hair back to natural health.

• Chamomile - used to bring out natural highlights
• Yarrow - used for gray hair
• Sage - used for darker shades for auburn hair
• Nettle - great hair tonic; restores natural hair color.
• Rosemary - for dark hair; stimulates the roots to prevent hair falling out; stimulate new growth; to prevent dandruff when boiled with Vinegar.

Tea Recipe - Makes a Quart

1. Boil a quart of distilled water.
2. Add 2 handfuls of dried leaf of your preferred herb for your hair type. 
3. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes.
4. Pour into a jar and keep refrigerated. Can be stored for about one week. 

To Use:

Use about a half cup of the tea to rinse your hair after it has been washed, but do not rinse the tea out of your hair. A plastic bottle with a squirt lid works best.  Apply to head and scalp. Gently massage scalp. Use 2-3 times a week. Progress will be slow, but use faithfully and you will see amazing results!
