March Home Remedy
ACME TREATMENTS!
Acne Mask:
1-tsp vinegar cider, 2-tsp green tea, 5-tsp sugar, mix together. Add 1 tsp honey, add 2 more spoons sugar. Mix and pour into jar. Using a cotton pad, apply mixture onto face. Use your fingers to massage gently for 5 minutes. Leave application on for 10 minutes. Rinse and tone.
Acne Toner:
In a jar, mix 1/3-vinegar cider, 1/3-green tea, 1-tsp olive oil, and 1-tsp of tea tree oil.
Vitamin-C Toner:
Need an orange peel, honey, and cinnamon. Make paste from ingredients and leave overnight.
Acne-Scar Treatment:
1-tsp ground nutmeg, 1-tsp honey. Mix and apply for 20 min.
Acne Quick Fix:
Crush asprin. To create a paste, mix the asprin with either water, lemon juice, lavender, hydrogen peroxide, manuka honey, tea tree oil, or witch hazel. Apply to desired areas. | | |

Here are a few things to know about plantain...
- It is well known for its ability to "draw." That may come from its ability to draw up minerals to the soil in disturbed soil. Well, it also draws things like dirts, stingers, insect venom, and infectious materials.
- It's drawing power is also helpful for abbesses around teeth and other tooth infections.
- It's helpful for bronchial infections and pneumonia.
- It's cooling, drying, and moistening. It's seeds are mucilaginous. It's relative P. psyllium seeds are used to provide fiber (husks) or mucilage (seeds) in western medicine. Metamucil anyone?
- It has vitamin C and B. You can eat the young, tender leaves in a wild foods salad.
- It has many medicinal uses, but most often talked about for afflictions of the skin, open wounds, boils, burs, irritations, sun burn, poison ivy, acne and even eczema.
