RIE 4605 GOLD |
|
RIE 4605 GOLD is a great coating for many applications. RIE 4605 is a thermosetting poly coating containing a pigmented system of aluminum flake. This coating provides excellent corrosion resistance and also has integrated lubrication in the resin system.
RIE 4605 GOLD should be used wherever a gold appearance is needed and high corrosion resistance is desired. The coating also yields uniform torque and tension values and is chip resistant. Common applications include fasteners, clips, springs, stampings and sheet metal.
RIE 4605 GOLD should be applied over zinc plating or a zinc rich base coat via spray or dip spin application. The coating system will prevent red rust up to 2000 hours if base coat is 8-12 microns thick.
