| Spotlight Customer of the Month Customer Visit to RIE |
Each month we will spotlight one of our customers and their success story. We will change the names of the persons and companies involved to protect confidentiality agreements and relationships. We want you to submit your story to us. If we choose to use it, we will send you a special gift from RIE. If we are inundated with submissions we will include two per month.
We have been coating parts for XYZ manufacturing company through ABC distributing for the last 15 years. ABC's customer came to them several months ago and said they wanted to get a better understanding of the coatings they were using, how they were applied, how the parts were handled and who was doing the handling. They were a customer with very particular needs and ABC distributing really did not know how to answer those questions. The result was an invitation to the manufacturing company and to the distributor to visit RIE.
"RIE opened their doors to my customer and to my firm. I really did not have a full understanding of what was being done with the parts and they work that went into coating them. After my customer's visit to RIE our relationship grew tighter as did my relationship with RIE. I would recommend to anyone out there who has a customer using RIE for coatings to visit the facility. Not only did we learn a lot of things we did not know we learned more ways that RIE could help us. The informational meeting we had with management and R&D staff after the tour also answered a lot of the questions we had and more. Thanks for your help!"
