We have a great race planned for all of you. We have a large field of racers this year (87+ teams) and have made some changes in an effort to speed up your check in time, and to reduce line time, you must do one or both of the following which ever applies:
We have set up a special section on our site that literally takes about 1-2 minutes to complete. The link is below.
1. You must purchase your USARA license online at the link below, if you haven't already done so or don't have a current license. ALL racers must have a USARA License. 1 day is $8, 1 year is $35. This alone will save you alot of line time.
2. ALL RACERS must go to the link below and submit the waiver. Another big time saver for you on race day.
Our goal is to have you show up on race day - get your team number and packet with minimal or no waiting. We can only accomplish this if everyone takes care of these two items online before you get to the race site.
Note: EVERY racer who signed up BEFORE this week must resubmit your waiver, this will put you into the new upgraded waiver database. Like I said before - this is a 1-2 minute process. We have made this VERY simple.
Check in times:
Friday 6:30-7:30 PM at site number 155 in the Prairie Branch loop
Saturday 6-7:30 AM at Group Screened shelter - follow signs once in park. Basically straight in on the left.
Boat Drop opens at 6 AM Saturday - you can drop boat Saturday morning before checking in, but not before 6am - location announced Thursday.
Race start 8:30 AM
Another pre-race letter will go out Thursday.
