Matsuri Breaks All-time Catering Record
 | | Crafting 15,000 pieces of maki sushi |
In October we surpassed our catering record for the largest order in the history of Matsuri. We delivered 15,000 pieces of fresh maki sushi for a nurses' convention at Raven's Stadium.
We made all of the pieces fresh the same day as the event, enlisting every employee to roll sushi for seven hours. In all, we delivered 116 trays with 130 pieces per tray. And the 7000 hungry nurses at the event polished off the entire order!
Prior to this event, our record was 9000 pieces. We are excited to push the limits of sushi making. |
