Dear Friends,

This month marks our first 2 years in Austin, and I just want to thank all of you for your hospitality and the wonderful welcome you have given to me and my family. Samantha remarked Wednesday about it being Saint Patrick's Day, and that was her first day at Lake Pointe Elementary. This was her first time to attend school in America, and let me tell you, she has fit in here like a duck to water. She is truly a Texan now.

Please find below a few the recipes I have developed over the past 2 years. Recipe development is one of my favorite things to do, so expect more of these newsletters like this one. If you have a favorite food, and want to try it with new flavors or cooking techniques, please drop me an email, and I will work on it for you.
