WHAT IS MANAGEMENT ALL ABOUT? WHY IS IT TO IMPORTANT? | |
The Stages in the Phase One Managment part of the Programme and then the on-going support in Phase Two Management (which is when you are a Life Member) is what makes LighterLife so much more than just a diet and so much more than other weight-loss options.
During Phase One Management the tips, information and advice given is designed to reintroduce food slowly, leanring about the right portion size for your body, what a balanced meal is and how best to stablise your weight. This, along with the counselling work you did in abstinence, helps you to develop a permanent lifestyle change in your habits towards food - and that's how the weight stays off.
In Phase Two you have the opportunity to come once a month for a free counselling session (other sessions during the month for just £15), or, purchase just 7 Management Meal Replacement Bars, or foodpacks to get a counselling session free. Plus there is a separate part of the website designed just for Management clients to support you.
You are never cut adrift! The support is there for as long as you want it to be.

FACT: Rubbish. This rumour started because of a story in the Women's mag Bella - it was total speculation, essentially the publication trying to make a story out of nothing! Made out that she looked a little bigger at the National Television Awards but if you look at the pictures it's obvious they have totally made this up for a headline! | |

Hello and welcome to your February newsletter for LighterLife Loughborough.
Welcome also to all the great new clients that decided to turn their New years resolutions into reality and joined us in January. They are already seeing great results, not only in weight loss but in how much better they feel and look and their enthusiasm for the Programme and the results it is giving them.
Someone else who is enthused about LighterLIfe is Linda Robson who decided to take action when she saw the fantastic results her friend Pauline Quirke had had on the Total Programme. Her story is below plus a video where she talks about her journey so far.

HEALTHY NEWS
Our natural serotonin levels are vital for ensuring a balanced mood, which in turn aids a positive and happy outlook on life which leads to good motivation and achieving your goals. They also encourage bowel moment which is good for removing toxins from the bowel to stop you feeling sluggish and foggy.
Follow these tips to keep your serotonin levels in tip top condition:
- Include foods such as banana and tofu in your diet as they are good for supporting serotonin levels.
- Take a good B Vitamin supplement balanced - this will help to give you better energy and motivation and helps your body deal with stress.
- Hummus and crudites are an excellent mid morning or mid afternoon snack.
- A walk a few times a week can also make all the difference to your mood. Not only will it burn calories but being out in the fresh air can also make you feel good.
- Dealing with issues rather than putting them off will also help.
- And finally, set yourself meaningful goals to keep yourself motivated and then once you have achieved them, even if they were only small steps towards a much bigger goal, make a note of them. Then, when you are lacking motivation a quick glance at what you have done so far will lift your mood and spur you on.

(2) If you are a new client, you do need to attend an Initial Consultation and (in some cases) be medically approved before you can join.
