Arcadia was the subject of The Philadelphia Inquirer's feature business story on October 3, 2011 and a new video available on the Philly.com website.

The Narberth Arbors is an infill residential development in Narberth Borough, the heart of the Philadelphia Main Line.  Developed by Arcadia Land Company with builders Cornell Homes of Broomall and architect Cheryl O'Brien of Bala Cynwyd, the Narberth Arbors are modern homes inspired by the local vernacular styles of early 20th century railroad suburbs.  Arcadia is actively seeking similar opportunities for infill development in walkable, suburban communities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

The New York Times covers Arcadia's  new consulting work in Ronkonkoma, Long Island, New York.

Arcadia's Jason Duckworth with Town of Brookhaven officials.

Arcadia has recently been engaged by the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York to assist in the selection of a Master Developer for the Ronkonkoma HUB, a proposed redevelopment of 50 acres surrounding the most heavily used station in the LIRR system.  Located about 1 hour from Penn Station, New York and a short distance from the MacArthur airport, Ronkonkoma has an unparalleled opportunity to integrate multiple modes of transit into a new walkable mixed-use downtown. The RFQ is now open and Statements of Qualifications are due back to the Town of Brookhaven by October 28, 2011.
