The Lakota Group to
host first public input workshop on redevelopment plan!
As part of the project to create
a redevelopment plan for the MacArthur Boulevard area, The Lakota Group, prime
consultant for the project, will be hosting the first of three public workshops.

6:30 to 8:30pm
The workshop is open to all
interested residents, business and property owners in the MacArthur
Boulevard area.
During the workshop, the Lakota Group
and its other project consulting team members will:
- Introduce the planning
process for the MacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment Study
- Discuss the
Boulevard's strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
- Conduct a visual
preference survey to gauge what types of land use, development density, and
design characteristics are preferred by MacArthur stakeholders.
