Peace One DayPeace One Day is an organization dedicated to making the International Day of Peace (Sept. 21) a day of global unity. They have created a comprehensive set of resources that will enable students to develop a sense of perspective in relation to our multicultural and interdependent world. The resource includes reflective individual and group activities, critical thinking and modern technology and gives students opportunities to gain an awareness of Peace Day and what it stands for, as well the sense that they too, as global citizens, have an active role to play. This resource is available in the Education section of the Peace One Day website (www.peaceoneday.org).
