Meet PSI's New Ambassadors
David Shepherd and Travis Price take a stand against bullying
PSI is pleased to announce that David Shepherd and Travis Price have agreed to be our ambassadors.
In September, 2007, David and Travis from Central Kings Rural High School in Cambridge, Nova Scotia made a statement that has echoed around the world. After hearing that a classmate was being harassed because he wore a pink shirt to school, they decided that "enough was enough."
To make a statement that bullying is never OK, David and Travis went to a nearby store and bought 75 pink t-shirts to give out to their classmates. Other students who heard about the plan also came to school wearing pink and that day, the school was a sea of pink.
