Subic Bay Children's Home Receives 100% of Your Donation
"A Paradise for the Kids"

Every week in our updates we will give you a little history of one of the children at the home.  This week's child is Joshua Garde.

Joshua Garde was 5 years old when he came to Subic Bay Children's Home.  The mother of Joshua first surrendered his sister Maribel Garde to us on December 29, 2006 thereafter she also surrender Joshua on January 4, 2007.  The mother of Maribel and Joshua  gave full responsibility of her children to us because she could not provide for their basic needs neither their education.

Joshua Garde was malnourished and a very thin young boy when he came to Subic Bay Children's Home.  Joshua is now a healthy young boy.  He has learned to memorize bible verses and has learned more about God.  He also receives the love and care that he longed for from his parents.

Joshua is now studying at Subic Bay Christian Academy and participating in different activities.

We continue to pray that the Lord Jesus Christ will guide and use Joshua in His ministry someday and that he will  become a good citizen of  society.

New Presentation Video

Brother Teddy was by our church yesterday on his way to Louisiana.  He gave me about 50 DVD's of the new and updated presentation of the children's home.

It has a lot of pictures and video of the kids singing and ministering.  It's very informative and enjoyable.

If you would like a copy just email me and let me know.  If you would like more than one to hand out to friends and family let me know and I will send them out to you.

My Blessing

Sunday night I got a call from the big kids.  I was able to talk to many of them but the biggest blessing was that they sang to me over the phone for about 30 minutes.

They sang:  Higher Ground, Chewy Um Papa, Redemption Draweth Nigh, It Could Happen in a Moment, Jesus is Coming Soon, and some others.

We hope one day soon to be able to have the kids sing during church services here in the states through a computer program called Skype.  If your church has the technology  and you would like the kids to sing for your church one Sunday or Wednesday night have your pastor or music director contact me and we will get it set up.
