Michigan Chamber Midterm Legislative Scorecard Shows Stark Difference Between Political Parties

Halfway through the 2011-12 legislative session, it is already evident that some legislative leaders and many lawmakers are committed to enacting a bold reform agenda that is stimulating our economy and creating jobs. Sadly, other lawmakers and legislative leaders are not.

The Michigan Chamber's Midterm Legislative Scorecard is only a snapshot in time reflecting upon the previous 12 months of voting and shows a stark difference between political parties in regards to reforming Michigan.

With Michigan making great strides toward recovery in 2011, it is important to see who is driving that recovery by pushing a pro-jobs, pro-reform agenda in Michigan.

The Michigan Chamber's full voting recording for members of the Legislature will be announced after the 2012 summer recess and prior to the November 2012 election.
