Greetings! I just returned from PPA's annual conference, ImagingUSA in San Antonio, Texas and all I can say is Wow! My brain is full of new information and great ideas that will help me realize my business goals this year and beyond. Not a PPA member? You really should consider joining! In addition to attending ImagingUSA, membership in PPA allows you to take advantage of vendor discounts, participate in their Certification and Master Photographer programs, enter their international print competition, explore the online forum, and leverage insurance programs at group rates.
So, you might be asking yourself, "What about PPLAC?" For 2011, we've got an amazing array of print competition, networking, world-class education, seminars, workshops and studio shares focusing on the craft, science and business of photography. In short, our goal is to provide our members with the tools and knowledge to become leaders in the field of professional photography. I look forward to many years of our continued relationship through this wonderful organization. If you haven't joined yet, check out our next monthly meeting and consider joining us to take your business to the next level.
Regards, Jim Brammer PPLAC President
